Established in 2017, the Professional Asian Pilots Association (PAPA) was created by a passionate group of airline pilots to connect and empower individuals in the aviation industry, specifically addressing the underrepresentation of Asians in this field. PAPA promotes diversity and inclusion while providing scholarships, events, and community support to its members.
