The Legislative Analysis and Public Policy Association (LAPPA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive legal and legislative research and analysis that informs effective policy and legislation across various sectors including public safety, health, substance use disorders, and the criminal justice system.
