Mission
The Good Food Institute (GFI) is an international nonprofit organization that works to advance alternative proteins—plant-based, fermentation-derived, and cultivated meat—to improve the global food system. Through scientific research, policy advocacy, and industry partnerships, GFI aims to make meat alternatives as delicious and affordable as conventional meat to foster a more sustainable, secure, and just food supply.
