The Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies aims to integrate methods of contemplative inquiry and scientific approaches to explore consciousness. The Institute supports the teachings and activities of Lama Alan Wallace, focusing on genuine well-being and addressing the challenges humanity faces today through collaboration between Buddhism and science.
