Friends of Campbell County, Tennessee Animals (FCCA) is a nonprofit organization established to improve the lives of companion animals in Campbell County. FCCA focuses on reducing pet homelessness, increasing adoptions, and fostering partnerships with animal rescue organizations to provide better opportunities for animals in need.
