The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center (PABC) is a nonprofit life sciences incubator dedicated to creating a world-class biotechnology center. It focuses on promoting regional economic development and job creation while educating and training the next generation of researchers. PABC nurtures and guides early-stage biotech companies and fosters scientific innovation in collaboration with the Hepatitis B Foundation and the Baruch S. Blumberg Institute.
