Mission

Applied Epi is a registered nonprofit organization that provides training and resources to epidemiologists around the world, particularly those working in low and middle-income countries. The organization promotes the use of R, a free open-source programming language, in epidemiological practices, enabling users to handle data more effectively and efficiently. Through its community-driven approach, Applied Epi aims to strengthen public health responses and improve the quality of data analysis in epidemiology.
