Mission
Since 1976, PREVAIL has provided free, confidential services and shelters to homeless and runaway youth, as well as victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in San Joaquin County, California. Our work aims to help victims heal, restore hope, strengthen families, and ultimately build a safer community for all.
