East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) is dedicated to working with member governments, their citizens, and other stakeholders to empower communities in eastern Iowa. By facilitating collaboration among local governments, ECIA helps address shared challenges and fosters a better quality of life. Their programs cover various categories, including Community Development, Economic Development, Housing Assistance, and Transportation Planning.
