Mission
Blue Scholars Initiative is a Miami, Florida-based registered 501(c)(3) organization that engages students in marine biology, ecology, and watershed concepts, focusing on hands-on and virtual marine science education. Founded in 2019, the organization provides free educational programs to public school fourth-graders from Title 1 schools in the Miami area. It aims to inspire youth to become ocean stewards, fostering a love for the marine ecosystem and understanding the human impact on it.
