The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research and advocating for important issues for the PF community. The PFF provides resources for individuals and families affected by pulmonary fibrosis, including support groups, educational materials, and a registry for research participation.
