Mission
Women in Geothermal (WING) is a global network dedicated to promoting the education, professional development, and advancement of women in the geothermal community. Since its founding in 2013, WING has become the largest geothermal organization in the world, supporting over 3000 members from more than 80 countries. The organization advocates for gender equality in the geothermal sector, nurtures leadership in women, and seeks to create a more inclusive and diverse community across the geothermal industry.
