The Million Dollar Teacher Project (MDTP) is a nonprofit organization founded to enhance support for teachers inside and outside of the classroom, improve teacher compensation, and raise the profile of highly effective educators. MDTP operates under the premise that the most sustainable way to improve schools is by directing more resources towards the teaching profession, ensuring that all students receive excellent instruction.
