YogaShield® Yoga For First Responders® (YFFR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides yoga training tailored for emergency services personnel such as firefighters, police officers, and military members. The organization focuses on culturally informed, job-specific training aimed at helping these individuals manage job-related stress, build resilience, and improve their overall performance during high-pressure situations.
