Mission
The Hawai‘i Public Health Institute (HIPHI) is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to improving public health in Hawaii through various initiatives focused on health equity, community engagement, and sustainable practices. HIPHI aims to address public health issues related to food systems, oral health, substance use prevention, and response to public health emergencies like COVID-19. By working with community partners and advocating for systemic change, HIPHI strives to promote healthier lifestyles and environments throughout the islands.
