Mission
The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) was established in 2000 with a vision to make a profound and sustaining difference in the lives of children in Collier County. Through the Naples Winter Wine Festival, NCEF raises substantial funds to support programs that address critical gaps in children's services such as early learning, healthcare, mental health, and hunger, ultimately aiming to improve the overall well-being of at-risk children.
