Mission
The Gwinnett Coalition is a nonprofit organization that partners with local organizations, leaders, and citizens to create a healthier and more equitable community by addressing the root causes of health disparities and enhancing the overall well-being of the residents of Gwinnett County. With over 30 years of experience, the coalition leads systems change and builds capacity to promote health equity, mental and behavioral health, and nonprofit capacity building.
