The Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance (JOFA) seeks to address and combat gender inequality within the Orthodox Jewish community. By advocating for women's participation in religious, spiritual, and communal leadership roles and enhancing access to resources, JOFA aims to empower women through education, leadership opportunities, and community engagement to create a pluralistic and inclusive Jewish community that respects the tenets of halakha.
