Dr. w. edwards deming's leadership philosophy is a holistic approach to work and life with the aim for everyone to win: managers, employees, communities, the environment, and society as a whole. we honor his legacy by introducing his teachings to younger generations, developing new deming leaders, and ensuring the transition of knowledge from dr. deming's trusted colleagues. through live seminars and workshops, the demingnext online learning experience, and other programs we increase the adoption of the deming system of profound knowledge in our schools and in small to mid-sized businesses and organizations. we also help strengthen nonprofits that are as committed as we are to making people's lives better.
