The Whiteaker Community Council (WCC) represents the interests of those who live, work, or own property in the Whiteaker neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon. Founded in 1974, WCC acts as an advocate for the community, ensuring that the needs and wants of residents are communicated to local decision-makers.
