Focus On Cumberland County Animal Safety (FOCCAS) is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to ensuring the humane treatment of animals in Cumberland County. Through education and community-based programs, FOCCAS promotes responsible animal care and aims to prevent cruelty to animals.
