Community Resilience Organizations (CROs) is a grassroots climate justice organization in Vermont that aims to build networks of care and repair for communities impacted by climate change. Founded in the wake of Tropical Storm Irene, CROs focuses on community resilience through anti-oppression strategies, emphasizing the leadership of marginalized groups including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and low-income communities.
