Malikah is a grassroots antiviolence and wellness nonprofit organizing against gender and hate based violence through self-defense training, healing justice, financial literacy, and community organizing for safety and power. The organization trains and organizes through partnerships with community-based organizations, public schools, and religious institutions. They serve an immigrant working-class community and asylum seekers in Queens, NY.
