Mission
The Spay Neuter Project of Park County is a volunteer-run organization based in Livingston, Montana, which began in 2012. It provides low-cost spaying and neutering options for dogs and cats to reduce the number of unwanted animals in the community. The project became an independent 501(c)(3) organization in 2014, working with local veterinarians to provide access to affordable pet care.
