The Fells is a historic estate located on Lake Sunapee, NH, encompassing 83.5 acres of natural beauty and historic significance. It serves as a cultural hub that offers educational programs, tours of the gardens and historic buildings, and promotes conservation of the area’s natural ecology. Established as a preservation project of The Garden Conservancy, The Fells invites community engagement through events and volunteer opportunities, while honoring the legacy of diplomat John Milton Hay and his family.
