Mission
Leveling the Playing Field is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing access to sports equipment for children in under-resourced communities. By collecting gently-used and new sports equipment, LPF aims to eliminate the barriers to participation in youth sports, allowing every child the opportunity to play and benefit from the physical and emotional advantages of sports. Founded in 2013, the organization also focuses on enhancing affordability for youth sports programs, allowing them to reallocate funds to other crucial areas like transportation and coaching.
