FOCAS is an animal welfare organization that focuses on relieating overcrowding at the county animal shelter through spay and neuter programs and community education. They promote the health of abused and abandoned animals, reduce unnecessary euthanasia, and assist in finding permanent homes for homeless dogs, cats, and other animals.
