Meals on Wheels Sacramento County is dedicated to keeping seniors in their homes and communities by providing nutritious meals, safety net services, social contact, and community resource information. By partnering with local restaurants, we deliver locally-made meals to help older adults live healthier lives and prevent food insecurity and isolation.
