The Fralinger String Band, established in 1914, is a nonprofit Mummers String Band based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Known for its unique musical style and instrumentation, the band performs primarily at the annual Philadelphia Mummers Parade and other local and international events, promoting the cultural heritage and community spirit of Mummery. With a commitment to excellence, the band has earned numerous awards and continues to innovate within the genre.
