The HERO Campaign, founded in memory of Navy Ensign John R. Elliott, aims to educate and encourage safe driving practices by promoting designated drivers. The campaign seeks to raise awareness about the dangers of drunk driving through community engagements, partnerships with schools, and events designed to foster a culture of responsibility around alcohol consumption.
