Girls on the Run DFW Metroplex is a nonprofit organization that enhances participants' social, emotional, and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences. With a focus on inclusion and diversity, the program offers interactive lessons for girls of all abilities and backgrounds. Through physical activity and dynamic discussions, the program empowers girls to recognize their potential, build supportive relationships, and develop life skills essential for personal growth.
