The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County, established in 1954, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving the San Diego community. We provide free personal advocacy, counseling, seizure first aid training, and a range of supportive services to anyone affected by epilepsy. Our services are available regardless of disability severity, and without discrimination based on race, creed, age, sex, or nationality.
