Mission

The California Mathematics Council (CMC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving mathematics education in California. Through conferences, awards, grants, and a quarterly journal called the ComMuniCator, CMC provides resources, professional development opportunities, and a community for math educators across the state. The organization brings together over 6,000 education stakeholders who are committed to sharing best practices and advancing mathematics teaching and learning.
