NorCal Services for Deaf & Hard of Hearing is a non-profit, community-based organization that provides essential services and support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals in 24 northeastern counties of California. Founded and managed by Deaf leaders, the organization aims to remove barriers to communication and foster independence and productivity within the community.
