Care For the Homeless (CFH) has been meeting the medical, mental, and behavioral health care needs of people experiencing homelessness in New York City since 1985. With 25 health care delivery sites across the city, CFH provides accessible healthcare and advocates for policies that improve health and housing outcomes for homeless individuals.
