The Leadership Council for Women in National Security (LCWINS) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on elevating women to senior leadership roles in national security and foreign policy. Founded in 2019, LCWINS aims to create a bipartisan community that reflects the diversity of talent in the United States, advocating for women's participation in decision-making processes that ensure national security.
