Mission

The Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) is an educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing transformative change within the running industry. Our partnerships with brands, race events, retailers, and run clubs foster a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and racial justice, empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Through workshops, events, and resources, we aim to create an inclusive environment in running.
