Three Thirty Three Arts creates a shared culture in neighborhoods through artistic expression, focusing on community building and collaboration. It began as Dragon School, enhancing public art visibility in Oakland's Chinatown and evolved to engage broader audiences. They provide opportunities for artists and community members to collaborate on public art projects, aiming to strengthen community ties across diverse backgrounds.
