Mission

At Level the Playing Field Leadership Academy our work is preventative in nature. Beginning in middle school, boys enter our program to receive mentorship, academic support, recreation, cultural enrichment, character development, emotional support, and community engagement through the age of 21. We believe providing these experiences to young males of color from father absent homes will guide them to success in life as positive male role models.
