Mission
The National Association for the Advancement of Returning Citizens (NAARC) is dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced incarceration through advocacy, community engagement, and resource allocation. NAARC aims to improve the reintegration process by empowering returning citizens and raising awareness about the challenges they face upon reentry into society.
