The National Flooring Contractors Apprenticeship Program (NFCAP) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization aimed at developing highly skilled flooring installers. It seeks to enrich the lives of young adults through access to family-sustaining careers while addressing the significant labor shortage in the flooring industry by creating a robust apprenticeship program linked to vocational schools.
