Garrett's Space aims to provide a holistic and supportive environment for young adults aged 18 to 28 struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. The organization was founded in memory of Garrett, who passed away from suicide, and seeks to promote self-worth, resilience, and connections among its participants while addressing critical gaps in mental health care.
