The Rural Community Health Worker Network (RCHWN) was founded in 2018 to advocate for, connect, and support Community Health Workers (CHWs) across various sectors. RCHWN seeks to promote the well-being of communities through CHWs who help individuals and families navigate complex health and social service resources.
