The Diabetes Family Connection (DFC) provides year-round recreation-based programs aimed at positively transforming the lives of individuals and families living with type 1 diabetes, focusing on building confidence, nurturing a positive mental attitude (PMA), and fostering a strong sense of community. Through engaging activities and meaningful connections, DFC strives to inspire hope, encourage resilience, and create an environment where individuals can thrive despite the challenges of diabetes.
