Mission
Akiptan is a Native American Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that provides loans and technical assistance to those in Native Agriculture. Akiptan offers a whole suite of services that include financing youth, startups, operating costs, and ownership. They focus on patient capital, building solid relationships with borrowers, and providing continuous technical support. Their programs aim to leave more profits in the borrowers’ pockets to help them reinvest and grow their operations.
