Slow Money NC catalyzed the flow of affordable capital to sustainable small food enterprises in North Carolina. It connected ordinary people who care to local farmers and food businesses, creating a healthy local food system. Over more than a decade, it facilitated low-interest loans and investments totaling over five million dollars.
