Mission

The pal provides a safe campus for hundreds of at-risk youth ages 8-18 in the urban core of kck. a dozen youth development programs are available to kids at no cost, such as driver's education, art, gardening, fitness and tutoring, creating positive relationships with police officers and adult mentors that help kids avoid crime and negative influences.
