Women in Manufacturing (WiM) is a national trade association dedicated to supporting, promoting, and inspiring women who have chosen careers in the manufacturing industry. With over 30,000 individual members representing more than 3,000 manufacturing companies, WiM provides valuable resources, networking opportunities, and education to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the manufacturing sector.
