HASER is a nonprofit organization that supports grassroots actions in Puerto Rico aimed at enhancing equity and quality of life in the face of socioeconomic crises and natural disasters. Established in 2016, the organization works to create a network of local actions that share resources and responsibilities to stimulate equity and improve quality of life.
