The American International Health Alliance (AIHA) supports global health systems strengthening through volunteer-driven, institutional twinning partnerships. Established in 1992, AIHA leverages the expertise of U.S. healthcare professionals to enhance local capacity in health institutions, focusing on infectious diseases, maternal and child health, and emergency care, among others.
